Most of what we move is small, valuable, and time-sensitive. A watch coming back from service. Documents that need a wet signature today. A handbag a client wants reviewed before a 6pm decision. Sometimes the recipient is in Mayfair; sometimes in Geneva, Dubai or Hong Kong.

Our couriers are not bike messengers in branded jackets. They wear charcoal suits, carry photographic ID and our own credentials, and travel by black cab, our own vehicles, or commercial flight. Every parcel is logged in at collection and signed for in the recipient's hand.

Standard transit insurance covers a substantial six-figure sum per parcel; higher cover available on quotation with 24h notice. Customs handled end-to-end on cross-border shipments.

Same-day, UK

Booked before 2pm, delivered by 7pm anywhere in the UK. Within central London typically under 90 minutes door-to-door.

Airport handovers

Heathrow, Gatwick, City, Farnborough. We meet you airside if needed (LHR Terminal 5 fast-track, Farnborough Air-Side Concierge). Same service at Paris CDG, Geneva, Dubai, JFK by arrangement.

International, by next flight

Paris, Geneva, Monaco, Zürich, Milan, Dubai, NYC, Hong Kong, Singapore. Hand-carried by a vetted courier on the next available commercial flight. Customs-cleared end-to-end. Usually next-day if booked before 5pm UK time.

Insurance & receipts

Standard transit insurance included on every parcel. Photo on collection and on delivery. Signature scan back to you within 30 minutes of drop. Tracked in real time via secure link.
